I am a senior research associate at the University of Zurich and affiliated with the ZEW Mannheim. In addition, I am part of the Digital Economy Network. I hold a PhD in Management & Economics from the University of Zurich.

My research agenda involves studying the power of digital platforms and the value of user data by means of innovative data collection and state-of-the-art empirical methods. Besides publications in renowned journals, my research also achieved great resonance among policymakers and in the media.
